The game not always suck, but you can recruit new Unit using your type general they use to attack province

Okay so I have not played through most of the games but I have noticed that some Samurai are in the wrong Clan so I'm wondering is this done on purpose or is there just an accidental reasoning behind it or something I'm just wondering
